Is your CFX in a JAR or class files? It seems rational that it'd only apply to class files in the classes directory, not JARs. The reason I say that is because it's designed for in-server development, where you're probably not packaging into a JAR (because that takes time). Not to mention avoiding the check for JARs will make things quite a bit faster, I'd wager
