I gave a preso on HTTP a while back that may be a useful read for some.  It
describes how browsers and clients communicate, the ins-and-outs of the HTTP
protocol, and describes the various CF tags and functions that relate to
HTTP.  It also includes some helpful extras like status codes and defined
headers.
