Hey guys, sorry for the somewhat off topic post, but does anyone know of or can recommend a good free (hopefully open source) uml program? We specifically need the ability to do database uml diagrams, but also full program diagrams is needed as well.
I have looked at and tried several but they all seem to be lacking. And visio is a little too pricey.
