That's exactly what the sales rep told us when we bought it - last
April. The new version was "a few weeks away". By the time it does
comes out I have no doubt that our support contract will have ended. I
also have not had much luck using that support - I didn't even get a
confirmation mesage back through the web-based submission or the email
submission when I last tried.

I agree that it's an awesome product, but I've had a pretty bad
experience, customer-service-wise. I don't see Google being any
better.
