It's because you have "mySite" as a subdirectory of your webroot. 127.0.0.1
points to c:\cfusionmx7\wwwroot\. You would have to reconfigure it (if
possible) to the "mySite" subdirectory as the web root in order to access it
as you want to...or move the files directly into the wwwroot directory.

Subject: CF built in web server

I installed CFMX7 on a pc with xp home. I want to make the home page of my
site to http://127.0.0.1:8500

but i am unable to accomplish that. I always have to say
http://127.0.0.1/mySite. The path of my site is C:\CFUSIONMX7\WWWROOT\MySite

Does anyone know how to accomplish this?????
