Yes, eventually I think thatd be a good idea too. People could submit
questions, registered users submit answers... You could even put a voting
system in place... "Was this question/answer helpful" or whatever. That
might make it easier for YOU to do some house cleaning monthly or so rather
than monitoring every question/answer before letting it through.

There should definitely be a place to submit questions but then I'm sure you
would/could easily become overwhelmed by the submissions until there is a
large enough dataset to cover the general questions.
