I think users that have a difficulty using a web browser are going to have as much difficulty handling Contribute.
I think any application that allows users to affect pages by deleting portions of the code and creating application errors is the wrong way to go about doing content management. Regardless if you make it easy to fix by including only one line of code. Content management should be allowing the user to edit and add the content, not affect the code in anyway.
