Hi Tim, I don't know of any templates or systems, but I have a heads-up for you about using a Crystal Tech shared server to send your newsletters based on my experience with them.
CT's CF-to-mail server set up restricts connections to less than 200 per minute. This means you can only send out emails in batches of less than 200 each minute. You only have 800 subscribers, but watch out if you ever grow that list. We learned this the very hard way when they shut down our site for hours because we breached that limit. It took a very angry phone call and hours of pleading, trying to convince them we were not spammers (I worked for a non-profit with a strict opt-in newsletter), before they turned our site back on. We were taken by surprise by this because, at the time, they had not disclosed this restriction in any documentation other than in posts on their public forum from people who had run into the same problem. This was about a year agoa and that may have changed since I left that job, and you may already be aware of this, but thought I'd try to save you some headaches.
