Enterprise Manager (and CF) use whatever port they're told to use. The default SQL Server listener is on TCP/1433. You would have to look in your Client Network Utility to see what you're actually using. Enterprise Manager and your System DSN could well be using Named Pipes instead of TCP/IP.
