What about setting a user defined datatype with a rule? I'm trying to find out if you can do that with a user defined datatype but I can't find anything. What about making a function that allows you to rank the column, like a positionOrder() as orderBy and the function returns a number. The function could be
if position = 'CIO' return 1 if position = 'VP' return 2 Something like that.
