Runs on PHP. Theres OpenAMP from http://www.openamf.org which is free open source. Runs on Java. There's FlashTide from http://bob.pythonmac.org/archives/2006/01/06/in-development-flashticle which runs on Python via Turogrears (http://turbogears.org)
