CVSNT is still an actively developed project and there are probably
arguments in favour of CVSNT over SVN.

In addition CVS has a longer pedigree, is still a solid tool and probably
has a much bigger user base than SVN.

My experience is all with CVS so I can't really comment much on SVN.

If I was looking to start Source control today SVN would definately be on my
list and may win out over CVS.
