Good point, but this is something that I'm writing. They're just wanting tracking sort of like banner ads, but a little more detailed.

THose you could implement with literally just an hour or less work on your part. The problem with going with the cheap-o ones on the market that cost $99 is that you get exactly what you pay for. The Realtor should be spending a lot more, upwards of $500/month, to get really good analytics from a reputable vendor (usually handled as an ASP rather than as desktop software).
