Good point, but this is something that I'm writing. They're just wanting
tracking sort of like banner ads, but a little more detailed.

part.

The problem with going with the cheap-o ones on the market that cost $99 is
that you get exactly what you pay for. The Realtor should be spending a lot
more, upwards of $500/month, to get really good analytics from a reputable
vendor (usually handled as an ASP rather than as desktop software). If they
can't afford that, then the value of what they're asking to track is not
that high ( it costs them less than one commission per YEAR to pay for good
analytics, maybe if they think of it that way, they'll see the cost/benefit
ratio correctly)
