I currently use FeedDemon and love it. I've also used Pluck!, but wasn't as big of a fan so I paid for software that worked better for me. That said, I could probably find some time to contribute. Syndication has facinated me for a while and I've developed a custom feed reader for use within a CMS product that my company develops.
If some part of your roadmap catches my attention, I'd be happy to throw my hand in and see if I can help.
