I forgot to mention - they're copying and pasting from a FileMaker Pro database on a Mac. Gawd only knows where the original material came from before it was in Filemaker... I keep telling them - it's two damn sentences! You can type them in from scratch almost faster than you can cut and paste! But, this is a *lazy* client that complained about having to enter any new data at all to start with - but refused to pay me to do any data-entry for them. Jezz, shut up and type it yourself!!
