It's possible that even though you're running CF7, you still have the 6.1
scripts folder in your site root. If you're running Apache, copy the
scripts folder in the htdocs/CFIDE folder into the CFIDE folder in your site
root (if there's no CFIDE folder there you'll need to create one).
CFForm uses js scripts that have changed (I believe) from 6.1 to 7, so if
you upgraded from 6.1 to 7, and you have an old CFIDE/scripts folder in your
site root, it could cause the problem you're seeing.
