Heres another stumper...
<CFSET salreq = "#IIf(len(form.salaryreq), DE(form.salaryreq), DE("None
Listed"))#">

If there is a # sign in form.salaryreq, this blows up... How would I get
around this?
I've tried various combinations of quotes... I know why this blows up, but I
dont know how to get around this? argh! :)
