Personally, I love using CFOPEN for bug tracking and file release and other such things. I think a lot of other "open source" people in the CF community out there would just as happily upload a zip file to their own web site... I've contemplated building my own application - maybe combining features of CFMBB with Ray's Lighthouse Pro app into a cfopen/sourceforge type web site but the project seems kind of intimidating =) I'd move over to sourceforge but I personally have a strong dislike to their entire interface.
