I see Todd suggested it was a server issue due to POST not being allowed. Also, you shouldn't be able to see your cfc in the browser.
http://www.andyandjaime.com/jsmx/remote.cfc shows the actual cfc code. Your server doesn't know how to serve up cfc's. Fix that and you will most likely fix the issue.
