Value fo rthe money I would agree with

Customer service and ease of purchase...no friggin way.

I had a laptop order cancelled 3 times as fraudulent simply because my billing 
address was different from delivery addrerss which was different than my credit 
card details (buying for wifes business (billing)...shipping to my office 
(shipping)....my credit card (card details)).  To top it off it takes 2 DAYS to 
even verify your purchase can proceed (or gets cancelled).  So it ended up 
taking a week and a half just to place the frickin order!!!!

I can understand fraud protection, but to wait 2 days just to find out if you 
have the privilege of giving Dell your money...nice bleeding system!!

*whew* Sorry fro the rant...the neighbours next door just hired somebdy to trim 
their side (note I say side and not top) of a 20 ft hedge....it's now 8 ft high 
and a lot of my privacy is gone...TGIF eh!!!
