I usually see this error on my development server if I have tried using a COM object inappropriately or have done some really wacky code, bad enough to force JRUN to re-start itself. Keep an eye on the service and see if JRUN is restarting (as it says in the error message), or download a demo of 'Fusion Reactor' (http://www.fusion-reactor.com/) and try and monitor what your server is doing when its crashing.
