Well, the subject is misleading, I was trying to get attention to this thread.
One of our clients is asking us for the ability to, say given a pdf link, be able to sort of "gradual page" the file. Meaning when user clicks on it, he first gets only the table of contents page, and as he clicks on each itme inteh toc, he will be able to go browse thru the file. Meaning on the first click, the whole pdf file shouldn't be downloaded only the toc page. Is this sort of thing even possible? any pointers to online resources are really appreciated. Also I have a page with some pictures and pdf links on it. If I want to generate ano ther pdf for download which all these pictures, text and content of the pdf links, is that possible????
