i've always used teh keystore in a path similar too
C:\JRun4\jre\lib\security\cacerts
for newer updated versions of CF and
C:\JRun4\runtime\jre\lib\security\cacerts for others
at least I think its that way.  Look in your JVM config file for the
jre location to make sure
