This is really odd, but I called HMS at 10 last night, when the call volume had cooled down, and supposedly, The 2 DCs, are on a network, and have redundancy, and disparate access points. Supposedly they never thought a main terminal could be hit that easily. I am interested in what they are doing to prevent this in the future.and COMCAST hit one of the main terminals. You mentioned rollover. I believe my mail in mail41 did rollover, as I had no mail for an hour, and then mail. Although they did a great job. The fact that they repalced and entire line in 12 hours, working in the 105 degree heat, calling people in, and taking 50 calls , thousands of chats, and more at the same time, and even had a nice photo gallery, so customers could see what was going on was amazing. That was pretty good damage control.
