I have not as I don't think this is built into ColdFusion directly. If you can, find someone who has worked with Google Checkout, as I believe they need to do just that in order to encrypt the the shopping cart XML. In fact, you might want to try looking at the Google Checkout documentation, as they might have CF examples.
