Mostly all over the place now, but John Resig (developer) is consolidating
them into one repository. He also just released the 1.0 version (not on the
site yet though).

Some of my favorites are:

jQBrowser (browser detection):
http://davecardwell.co.uk/geekery/javascript/jquery/jqbrowser/

AJAX (browser back and forward buttons):
http://www.mikage.to/jquery/jquery_history.html

TableSorter:
http://motherrussia.polyester.se/jquery-plugins/tablesorter/

AutoComplete:
http://www.dyve.net/jquery/?autocomplete

Interface Plugins:
http://interface.eyecon.ro/

There are more listed here: http://www.dyve.net/jquery/

and here: http://jquery.com/docs/Plugins/
