Rey, As I was throwing out something untested here, I thought I better do a little testing, and this may not work for you. The FTP process depends on file times to decide what to send, so if your fileset has a lot of files, comparing the times will take a while (I just made a mod to a single file...Ant only sent up the one file, but it took 7 minutes to do it...the fileset is around 600 files...it might still work if you have a small fileset).
