Dave and Rick, If you guys can figure out how to do this I'd love to know - it would make a nice blog entry :) I did not know this was possible in IIS - I always used different site roots instead (www1, www2 ... Etc).

Yes. Each CF server will require a unique context root. By default, CF's context root is "/". You'll need to change one of them to "/some_directory". It's been a while since I've done this so I can't give you step-by-step instructions, but this should get you started.
