Well what do you expect from commercial software... Adobe is always slow
supporting stuff... they only just released support for apache 2.2. 

You can always run 2 copies of Eclipse, one for doing flex stuff and one for
cf.  

Go to adobe.com/go/wish and maybe they'll hurry up with the support.
