When you say "Control Panel" what exactly are you referring to? Are you talking about the hosting automation software that some hosting companies use? IE Plesk, CP+ , CPanel, Ensim, Helm, and so forth? We use CP+ here in our shop which is entirely Linux-based. It's great for Linux newcomers - and makes hosting multiple sites on a dedicated server or VPS account extremely simple.
