A couple of products that are available and seem OK - DBQwikEdit from www.thedevshop.com <http://www.thedevshop.com/> . And also DBTools from http://www.dbtools.com.br <http://www.dbtools.com.br/> These are tools I use regularly. There is one more that I know of Toad for MySQL - not sure of a link for this one but you should be able to google it if required.
