Also make sure you are sending the content type and that it is the correct
one for the image(i.e. image/gif). I know I ran into this on a PHP project I
was doing with a dynamic image.  If you cant get it to run outside fusebox
then there is an issue with the code (if they have an App tag forcing
everything thru index.cfm you may need to test on a dev box)

What version of Fusebox and is it displaying a Fusebox error or just a
broken image?
