In teaching programming I listen to the other instructors as well.
Recently I was discussing pseudodoing concepts with another instructor
and she laughed and said that she doesn't even bother.

She explained that her previous employer would actually give her more
work to do if she documented her code.  He said if she had, "time to
waste on documenting" she had time to work on other things.

This was at a major banking institution, BTW.
