Last week they accused me of sending spam from my server, which of course I don't do. They threatened me with a $255 fine and I said no way was I paying that when the example spam email they sent me was clearly produced with a forged message header. On Saturday they turned my server off. Attempts to contact them are going nowhere, all I get is an answering machine or auto replies to emails. I am currently looking into taking legal action against them. I would also appreciate any legal advice.
