application.cfm is included at the top of every page.
onrequestend.cfm is included at the bottom.

I thought I read somewhere that you can auto-include certain pages into your
templates if you name them something, but I cannot find that reference.
Essentially a header and footer page that when placed in a folder, include
themselves.

What are they called?
