CF 7.0.2, Windows 2k3, multi instances... for some reason, I just shut down all of my instances via the windows services control manager, and for some curious reason, my web server was still serving CFML pages. Not cached, either.
I finally noticed that there was still a jrun.exe process running. Even though the service manager said they were all stopped. What might cause that? I had to terminate the process and then start the instances again.
