I know that even Google claims it won't search pages with something like 
?id=1234 in the URL,
but it is simply not true. I have all my sites with such url, and they 
all get searched every day,
in particular by Google.
I think that using "revisit after" in meta tags is much more 
appreciated, and also more efficient
for the server.
