Not much you can do about that aspect of it. Unlike PHP and ASP/.NET .... there *IS* a price associated with Coldfusion - one that typically gets passed onto the web site owners in the form of "more expensive" web site hosting.. but yeah I see your point. He obviously must not understand the concept of web hosting companies.
