I've used this one twice before.

For my needs though, I basically rewrote 80% of the code for coloring states
and counties. The guys who wrote it misspelled quite a few of the counties
and they really needed to be spelled correctly considering that is where the
dynamics came in. They were easily fixed.

All in all though, for the price... it saved us a ton of time and money...
even if you just want to strip out the states and county animations.

You'll definitely want to know a bit about action scripting if you decide to
dive into this one.
