Phpmyadmin is awesome. Their MySQL Workbench and MySQL Administrator are also not bad. They can be dl'd at MySQL.org. I wish there was a decent CF version of PHPMyAdmin. I ran across a CFMyAdmin a while back and it really sucked unfortunately. It had a lot of potential, but it didn't work.
