Don't pick one according to feature sets or hearsay (both are very competitive with each other). Pick one according to the skill of the administrator. If the admin has more experience with one then go with that. If the admin has no experience with either then I must suggest IIS - it's much easier to administer. (Although it can be a bad idea to learn web server admining "on the fly".) In the end your server is only as capable and secure and the person/people managing it - make sure they're working from their strongest base.
