It was pretty serious at the time. Seemed to be a problem with the JVM garbage collection but is sorted now. It affected a handful of sites connecting to the SQL server. One of them was failing on the connection & storage for the client & session varaibles, so I was thinking if this ever happened again it'd be good to be able to test for it in the code. Fingers crossed it won't though :)
