Sure.
post some code. view the source of the page and see what the JS looks
like (make sure it's even there). state whether or not you're using
any other JS on the page. use Mozilla and the firebug plugin for
debugging. or make sure IE is set to provide notifications for all
scripting errors and see if you get any JS errors. provide the URL so
somebody else can look at it and possibly debug if you don't have the
tools.
posting a generic statement ("i have a cfform and the required fields
aren't working") really doesn't give anybody here a lot to go on.
