I sent this information over to Greg at AHPHosting (who have been giving me my hosting for something like 8 years) and he'll look into it. I've also added spam-med to my report list. Anyone posting with spam-low, spam-med, etc. will get a message saying that they should not post with a spam message in their subject line. This has been in place for a while, but I missed spam-med.
