I think FarCry has improved tremendously over the last few years and I think
as far as Open Source CMS solution in ColdFusion is concerned, it should be
you first port of call.

Subject: Open Source ColdFusion CMS

I'm trying to find open source CMS solution written in ColdFusion that would
be targeted towards medium and large companies. Customization is ok âEUR"
IâEUR(tm)m not looking for out-of-the box solution.

FarCry was first to come into my mind but after I spoke to a friend who used
it extensively some 2-3 years ago IâEUR(tm)ve decided to look for
alternative options. He said that after 2 years of struggle they decided to
use Joomla for any new projects. It was good decision for them.

But has FarCry matured recently to a product that is actually good one and
would be worth experimenting with?

Are there any other alternatives that I should investigate?

Thanks

Tero Pikala
