Hi Geoff, I had this experience with Facry a year or so back.
Turned out to be an issue with JRun updater 4 worked fine with updater 3 - 4 killed it. So maybe see what updater is available no for JRun. The problem was that the temporary directory disappeared. Here is a hack I put in that resolved the Server Error <cfif not directoryExists(GetTempdirectory())> <cfdirectory action="CREATE" directory="#GetTempdirectory()#"> </cfif> I had this in the application start up - so could be manually run by sending farcry updateapp=1 Or maybe you could but it before your cffile code.
