Yes - support is non-existent with the soEditor. Now about a year or more ago, I received an email that said that they were releasing a new version of the soEditor. The email even included a link to a page which seemed to be an incomplete purchase page (just missing the "buy" link). Shortly thereafter this page was taken down. I tried to follow up by asking when/how could I purchase the new version - to this day I have yet to receive a response.
