I would have though by placing a timeout on cfexecute, the remainder of the script would hold off before running it's stuff. Doesn't seem to be working. I'm converting an excel document to html and this process works fine. As soon as this has finished I need to read one of the files so I can grab the worksheet names. I'm getting File Not Found errors, and the file is there but I think it's because I need another 15 to 30 seconds before it's ready.
