Hi Tom,

I have created it in Dreamweaver.

When you create a file first in DW with BOM, you can open/save this file
in Eclipse also later without losing BOM. But never use
Homesite/CFStudio to edit any Unicode file.

There are some tools to convert files into Unicode with BOM. I think one
of them was Unifier.
