On a windows machine this is usually located at: C:\CFusionMX7\lib\updates I had a similar problem with the charting hotfix when I installed it, but it wasn't a critical update for me so I skipped trying it again until the next cumulative hotfix. Once you delete the file, you should be able to restart and go.
